Personality: Seiichi is definitely not what most would consider... normal. He often gets completely unrelating and random ideas, or blurts out something that doesn't have anything to do with what the current conversation was. He almost always has a rather silly smile on, though that doesn't necessarily mean he is happy... just oblivious.

He acts like a child most times, not caring about consequences or results, mainly worrying about having fun. Seiichi is exceedingly stubborn, and barely ever gives up. He cannot stand quiet or serious people, only thinking that they are no fun.

Though with his child-like behavior, he is actually very smart. Seiichi loves to read, though in his terms, playing is much more fun. His mind is extremely quick, and catches on to new concepts almost immediately.

History: Seiichi was born on October 11 at 11:49 PM. Both his parents, were of pureblood Japanese descent, not a very common mixture. Growing up, he always had a cheerful, exuberant nature, loving to try new things and up for just about anything. His parents both worked at St. Mungo's, earning quite a large sum of money.

Throughout his childhood, he had a reasonable amount of friends, all with the same odd and wacky notions as he. His parents spoiled him with anything he wanted, though it wasn't much to begin with. Seiichi was always content with his family and home, not wanting it to change in any way.

When he was the age of five, Seiichi managed to take his father's wand, playing with it, unknowing of what it could really do. As a result, his memory was messed up. Though said he was perfectly fine by the Healers, Seiichi never left his child-like personality.

The terrible war with Dumbeldore's Army and the Death Eaters has ended, and Harry Potter had retired to a place unknown. Dumbeldore is gone, and another person takes his place, Professor McGonagoll. A new war is rising. The Death Eaters remaining hide, growing more and more power, and bringing Voldemort back to health. What will happen? Who's side will you be on? Will you help defeat Voldemort? Will you join him? The only way to find out, is to join...

NOTE: There will be a rule on here to put something in your application to show you read the rules!

1. No sexist, religious, racial, or any hurtful images or graphics. This will not be tolerated!

2. Never, ever, fight out of character. If I see someone else saying harmful stuff about the real person behind the character, you will get a warning or deletion.

3. No pornographic content on this site! If I see anything, the person will be warned. If not followed, the person will risk banment or even deletion.

4. If you must post out of character, please indicate it's not part of the post.

5. Please post in third person. Make it like a book.

EXAMPLE:

Good post: Christine strolled onto the roof. Ever since she had been tutored by her 'Angel', things had gone terribly wrong. She loved her Angel, but she loved another. But, it was useless. She belonged to her Angel, she knew how his temper he was. Christine knew her Angel wasn't as bad as he seemed. Behind his mask, he was a caring a loving person. All he wanted and needed was love. Would she be able to give that to him?

Bad Post: I walked up onto the roof. Ever since I had been tutored, things have been so wrong. (More post of that)

6. Please make sure your posts are at least a good 3-7 sentences long. You have to give someone good posts to post off of. If you really can't get past four sentences once in awhile, that's perfectly fine. But do not post so short on purpose.

7. You may not spam! The only place you can spam is in out of character boards.

8. Cursing is allowed. But please, keep it to a minimum! You will get warned if you curse to much.

9. You may not use canon characters from the books or make your character related to them in anyway. If I allow you to use a canon or someone related to them, that is fine if I say so. If you really have a good reason why you should, PM (Private message) an admin and say why and we might just let you.

10. Sex is NOT ALLOWED. Proboards does not allow it, and I won't either.

11. Yes, you may use celebrities. BUT, I will have a claiming thread. If the celeb is claimed, you cannot use that celebrity! You may use pictures of yourself, but they have to be appropriate!

12. On your application, in the 'Other:' part of the app., please put a smile wink ( ;) ) and the word 'magic'.

Those are all the rules so far. I am sure all of you will follow them just fine. HAVE FUN!
